A lighthouse is a building with a warning light that help boats to navigate safely and find a port, especially when it’s dark and foggy outside.

We want to be a lighthouse for our players in the rough sea of football. We want to help them to find a safe way to progress in their career. Help them to avoid rocks of bad deals. Help them to find safe harbours in good, caring and well developing clubs. We want to help them to navigate without shipwreck.

Contract negotiation. We on behalf of our client, negotiate with clubs for the best possible terms of salary, bonus, appointment, housing etc.



Marketing and outreach, in other words, find a suitable club for the Client.

Together with the Client and possibly his parents (younger players) put in place a long-term plan for the client’s continued development, both socially and professionally.



Navigate and find suitable Sponsorship deals for our client.
